Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality educational programs and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

• You have completed less than 20% of the course content.

• Refunds are not applicable for digital products (e.g., ebooks or downloadable content) that have already been accessed.

2. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The refund request is made after the specified 7-day window.

• Technical issues arise due to the customer’s device or internet connectivity. In such cases, we offer technical support but do not process refunds.

4. Exceptional Cases
